Vision and Values

Our school vision, 'We Belong, We Believe, We Flourish' is central to everything we do and we are really proud of the nurturing 'family atmosphere' that we have cultivated in which everybody is given the opportunity to belong, to believe in themselves and others, and to flourish as unique individuals who actively make a difference in the world. We belong together, we believe in our potential, and therefore we flourish as a community, achieving great things for ourselves and for others!

Through our Vision and Values, we aim to transform our own lives and the lives of everybody within the school - and beyond!

Our vision and values are underpinned by six core Christian values that we teach throughout the year.

Friendship - Through genuine friendship, we create a community where everyone belongs, supporting one another to believe in our shared potential and flourish together in love.

Trust - By building trust in ourselves, others, and God, we believe in what is possible and create safe spaces where everyone can belong and flourish with confidence.

Perseverance - With perseverance, we believe that challenges help us grow stronger, knowing that we belong to a community that supports us as we flourish through both triumphs and difficulties.

Forgiveness - Through forgiveness, we demonstrate love in action, ensuring everyone continues to belong in our community and believes in their capacity for growth and transformation as we all flourish together.

Courage - With courage, we believe in our ability to stand up for what is right, ensuring everyone belongs and has the strength to flourish even when facing life's challenges.

Respect - By showing respect for all, we honour the truth that everyone belongs in God's family, believe in each person's unique worth, and create an environment where all can flourish in love.
