What a fantastic iSingPop session with our Year 4s Our talented Year 4 pupils had an incredible time working with iSingPop as they prepare for the upcoming Trust Concert at the magnificent Salisbury Cathedral! The energy, enthusiasm, and voices we heard were absolutely amazing. Our young performers are working so hard and we couldn't be prouder of their dedication and progress! HUGE thank you to @h5adventure for kicking off last week with some incredible team building activities! Our students had an absolute blast working together, pushing their limits, and building stronger connections. From problem-solving challenges to trust exercises, every moment was perfectly designed to bring out the best in our school community. The energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm from the H5 Adventure team was outstanding - you could see the positive impact on every student's face! On Wednesday year 5 and 6 went to Devizes school to meet Tom Palmer a well known children's author. The children had the chance to share Tom's books and ask well thought of questions about what inspired him to become an author as well as the content of his books.It would seem we also have some budding authors of our own at Southbroom! #Belong #Believe #Flourish

Year 6 enjoyed more leavers celebrations as they came together for Thrive Fest hosted by Marden Vale. We joined together with the year 6 children from across the Thrive hub for a wonderful, sunshine filled day full of activities, smiles, laughter and plenty of glitter! #Belong #Believe #Flourish #StJamesWay

Our Year 3/4 historians had an amazing day at Devizes Museum exploring life in the Iron Age. The children enjoyed looking at ancient tools and pottery and they were fascinated by how people lived over 2,000 years ago. Nothing beats seeing real artefacts up close to bring history to life! #Belong #Believe #Flourish #StJamesWay
