Church Link
Southbroom St James Academy is fortunate to have a strong link with St James' Church. Children visit the church for all the key festivals of the Christian calendar to share celebration and worship with their families and the local community.
Our pupils value regular visits from Reverend Keith and Reverend Richard who are familiar faces in school for Collective Worship and other opportunities too.
The school receives a visit from the Open The Book team weekly too; they share Bible stories through Collective Worship in a child friendly way - always with some audience participation!
