Teaching of Reading

In Key Stage 2, we want all children to have access to and enjoy a high quality text. In order to do so, we carefully plan and deliver 'Teaching of Reading' sessions. These take place every day and involve high quality questioning and immersion opportunities. Below are the books that all children will have read by the time they leave Southbroom St James Academy.
